Cancellation and Returns Policy

Oliva Skin & Hair Clinic aspires to deliver optimal satisfaction and win your trust for life. With our exclusive skin-care product range formulated by expert dermatologists and customised for specific skin types, we aim to minimise cancellations and returns on the grounds of dissatisfaction. However, as a first step to ensure a seamless online shopping experience with us, here’s our cancellation and return policy.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Please note we will not accept any cancellations partial or complete once you place the order.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under circumstances where Oliva Skin & Hair Clinic is not able to meet the requirement of the order placed. Alternatively, if the order so placed/cancelled does not comply with the Company’s policy or for any other reason. However, we will communicate any cancellation from our end and facilitate the refund for the same at the earliest.

RETURN POLICY:

We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. All sales are final*. Please note, we reserve the right to refuse all returns. Accepting returns is solely subject to the discretion of the Company, and we may facilitate it under specific circumstances.

DAMAGED PRODUCT POLICY:

The packaging of our products is at par with the industry standards to avoid leakages and spills in transit. However, if you receive a damaged product, we would try our best to replace or refund your order on priority.

  • Our logistic team strives to ensure that all products reach you in a usable condition. However, if you receive a damaged product, notify our customer support service within 48 hours from the day of receipt via email at products@olivaclinic.com along with a picture. Alternatively, you can call us on 1800-1033-893 to request for a return/replacement of the damaged order.
  • We will facilitate a replacement along with a reverse pickup of the damaged product on priority.
  • At the time of reverse pick up, kindly ensure that the returned product is in the original packaging inclusive of all accessories and the manufacturer’s packaging if any.
  • Please note that we will initiate all replacements/ refunds after reviewing the damaged product.

WE WOULD ACCEPT ANY OTHER REASONS FOR CANCELLATION OR RETURN ON A CASE TO CASE BASIS.

We Shall NOT Accept Requests For Return Or Replacement Under The Below Categories:

  • Damages that occur due to the misuse of the product.
  • Incidental damages that occur due to the malfunctioning of the product.
  • The use or installation of any consumable item.
  • Tampered or missing seal on the product.
  • Any product returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items delivered with the product(s).
